We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. At FavoredSavior, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as your favorite trail. Here’s how returns work around here:
1. What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- We accept returns from within the U.S. only (for now!).
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings. Thanks for understanding.
2. How to Start a Return
Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. Our friendly team will guide you through the rest.
3. Types of Returns
a) Changed Your Mind?
- No problem — we accept remorse returns anytime. No deadline, just be kind and return it in sellable condition.
- You cover return shipping. Once received, we’ll refund the product cost (original shipping isn’t refundable).
b) Item Defective?
- Yikes! If something arrived damaged or defective, email us as soon as you can.
- We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or a replacement (your choice, stock depending).
- If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund everything — including the original shipping cost.
4. Timing
- Remorse returns? No strict deadline, but sooner is better.
- Defective item? Let us know within a reasonable time of delivery (a week or two is great).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank might take a bit longer to reflect it — that part’s out of our hands.
6. Re-stocking Fee?
None! We’re not that kind of shop. You’ll get a full refund for the item itself (minus shipping if applicable).
7. Want a Different Size/Color?
We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order for what you want. That way, you get exactly what you need, faster.
