Within 24 hours of purchase: You can cancel your order for a full refund. Please submit a help ticket through our Contact Us page.
After 24 hours but before shipment: We can still cancel your order, but a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.
After shipment: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
