How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–6 business days in the U.S.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also reach out to our support team if needed.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we apply an 8% sales tax on all U.S. orders in accordance with local tax laws.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we ship across the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support.
Will my items come in one package?
Whenever possible, we ship your items together. If an item is delayed, we’ll notify you by email.
What is your returns policy?

I received the wrong item
We’re sorry about that! Please contact our support team and we’ll make it right immediately.
My order arrived damaged
If your order arrived damaged, contact our team with photos within 3 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, a 15% fee may apply. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
