Exchange or Return for a Refund

Products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To return the products, please submit a return or exchange request to our customer service via email at service@favoredsavior.com.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your wallet in a few days unless otherwise instructed to refund to your payment account. Wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account.

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
  • You must email us a picture showing the defect when submitting a return or exchange request.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking number for the return parcel is required. We will process the exchange or refund once we receive your return package.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via email at service@favoredsavior.com as soon as you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipping, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

We do not accept order cancellation requests if the orders have already been shipped.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-15 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Shipping Costs

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, which includes returns. No restocking fees will be charged for the return of the product.
